摘要:通过BOOST一维分析软件建立4190燃气发动机一维分析模型,输入初选的进排气管路尺寸、输入主要阻力元器件的阻力特性曲线、输入初选的增压器性能参数、输入预估的放热规律,进行分析计算,通过调整不同的配气相位角度,观察性能指标是否达到要求,爆发压力、排气温度能否控制在可接受范围内,以及热平衡数据和重要部位测点上的压力、温度、是否合理,从而实现配气相位的优化。

Abstract: The 1D-analyse model for the
4190 engine is established with the 1D boost software.The figures are given to
the model including the resistance property curve of the critical resistance
devices,primary selected performance parameters of the turbocharger,evaluated
heat release law.Depending on the adjusting of the angle of the valve
timing,the paper analyzes and calculate to evaluate if the performance
parameters are in compliance with the requirements and if maximum engine
pressure and exhaust temperature are acceptable and if dynamic balance data and
the pressure and temperature at the mains measured locations are reasonable.
