摘 要:通过软件仿真,分析了过滤器内部流场,得到了气相的速度、压力分布,颗粒相的速度、轨迹分布,并讨论了孔道内部颗粒物的沉积过程。结果证明,三角形孔道的滤芯比现行的正方形孔道滤芯具备更高的性能,并提出了一种优化扩张段外壳母线的方法,扩展了今后的研究思路。

Abstract: Using a software emulation, the paper describes the flow field
inside the filter, gas phase velocity, pressure distribution, particulate speed
and track distribution and the process of particulate deposition inside the
channel. The result shows that the filter with triangular channels is more
efficient than that with a rectangle channel. In the end, a new method is
proposed to optimize the generatrix of the expansion tube.
