摘要:后氧传感器是汽油机排放闭环控制的重要部件,后氧传感器信号对监测调节闭环控制,以及催化器效率的诊断起到重要作用。通过试验,发现诸如氧传感器磨合程度,氧传感器电加热器电阻偏差学习的准确性以及燃油中的杂质离子对氧传感器和催化器的污染,都对后氧信号由稀到浓(L-R)的过程产生影响,降低了后氧传感器L-R的速率。

Abstract: The post-catalyst O2 sensor
is an important part in the closed loop control for gasoline engines. Sensor
signals are used to monitor and adjust the closed loop control and diagnose the
catalyst malfunctions. Tests reveals that these events affect the L-R signal
process and reduce the L-R rate of the oxygen sensor, including sensor status,
sensor heating resistance error and pollution that impurity ion in fuel oil has
on the sensor and the catalyst.
