摘要:在对新开发的大功率柴油机机体组件进行有限元分析时,根据其所受载荷进行模块划分,将机体组分为上下部分别进行计算,针对计算所要考察区域的网格进行加密,可以利用有限的资源提高计算精度。上部考察燃烧室周围部件,考虑的主要载荷包括装配应力、热负荷以及爆发压力;下部主要载荷为装配应力和曲轴对主轴承壁的作用力,该作用力由多体动力学计算得到的油膜压力获得。应用有限元及疲劳分析软件分别对对机体上下部的强度、变形和疲劳进行分析,并对其可靠性进行了评估。

Abstract: Based on modular concept,
the developing high power diesel engine block was divided to two parts for FEA
analysis according to its load resources, namely the top parts close
to the combustion chamber and the bottom parts close to the main-bear-wall.
With the modular concept, the limited resources are used to improve the
accuracy of calculation because the aiming grids of study regional can be
refined. The loads from assembly load, heat load and explosive pressure
were considered for the top part; and the assembly load and oil film pressure
calculated by multi-body model and dynamic simulation were considered for the
bottom part. Furthermore, the reliability of the engine block was evaluated
based on deformation and fatigue analysis.
