摘 要:在柴油机工作过程分析的基础上,利用Matlab/Simulink软件建立了柴油机的稳态仿真计算程序,实现了柴油机每个模型程序的模块化,并以某型增压柴油机为研究对象,对其不同的负荷进行仿真计算,计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,验证了编写的Simulink仿真程序的准确性。在此基础上,应用MATLAB提供的GUIDE界面设计环境,对Simulink仿真程序进行了GUI人机交换界面的设计,可通过GUI界面来控制Simulink程序以及参数的设置,并能够方便的显示出不同工况下的仿真计算结果,程序应用更加灵活快捷,提高了仿真计算的效率。

Abstract: Based
on the analysis of diesel engine’s working process, this paper has built a steady–state simulation program of diesel
engine with Matlab/Simulink software, realizing the modularity of each model
program of the diesel engine. Fixing certain type of turbocharged diesel engine
as the study subject, this paper has taken simulation calculation on different
loads of the diesel engine and the calculation results basically agreed with
the experimental results, thus verifying the accuracy of Simulink. On this
basis, using GUIDE interface provided by MATLAB to design the environment, this
paper has designed GUI man-machine exchange interface of Simulink. GUI
interface can control Simulink and parameter setting, and display different
simulation results under different working conditions, thus making the program
more flexible and efficient, and improving the efficiency of the simulation.
