摘要：通过计算校核、宏观分析、扫描电镜分析以及金相分析,认为活塞销断裂的主要原因为活塞销端面以及圆角处在磨削过程中出现了二次淬火现象,导致端面出现沿晶裂纹,发生沿晶断裂。

Abstract: Through
calculation,macroanalysis,SEM,and metallographic analysis.The main reasons
causing piston pin breakage is that the end surface of the piston pin secondary
and the round corner have quenched secondarily while being machined,which leads
to crack between crystal and intercrystalline cracking.
