摘要：本文依据定时截尾试验的可靠性试验方法,结合样机寿命服从威布尔分布的情况,以某型发动机起动耐久试验为例,计算可靠性抽样试验的可靠度和置信度,以及对不同可靠度和置信度要求下所需的试验数目与试验时间关系进行研究。此研究对确定整机耐久试验时间及样机数目,对产品可靠性的预测、验证和改进都有重要意义。

Abstract: Based on the time censoring reliability test together with the prototype life obey Weibull distribution,this paper performs the starting durability test on a diesel engine starter as a example and analyzes the reliability test in different confidence level,studies the relationship between test time and test sequence according to the requirements of confidence level.This study is meaningful to determine the durability test time and prototype number,predict and validate and improve product reliability.
