摘要:本文采用多次喷射技术和DOE设计技术开发了WP12国Ⅳ发动机。开发过程中,综合考虑了NOx、PM与燃油经济性三者的折衷关系,研究了预喷变量对NOx排放的影响。结果表明:合适的多次喷射策略能有效降低发动机燃烧噪声、排放和燃油消耗率;采用DOE设计技术能更准确地得到最佳多次喷射控制策略。

Abstract: The paper develops WP12 EURO Ⅳ engine using the method of
multiple-injection and DOE design.The relation between NOx,PM and fuel
economy is considered and the effect of pilot injection on NOx emission is
researched.The results show that the right multiple-injection can efficiently
reduce engine combustion noise,emission and fuel consumption.The best method of
multiple-injection can be achieved by DOE design.
