摘要:活塞销孔、活塞销之间的配合是发动机上工作时最恶劣的配合之一,随着柴油机爆发压力的不断提高,对活塞销孔/销座的可靠性要求也不断提高。本文通过对不同结构形式的销孔进行液压脉冲承载能力对比试验,得到了不同结构活塞销孔的最大承载能力,从而为活塞销孔结构设计提供依据。

Abstract: While the engine is
running,the fitting between the piston pin bore and the piston pin is under one
of the worst working conditions.With continuous increase of the peak combustion
pressure of the diesel engine,the piston pin bore or its seat is required with
high reliability.This paper performs a comparative test of hydraulic pulse
bearing capacity on the different structured piston pin bores and obtains the
maximum bearing capacity,which provides evidences for designing of the piston
pin structure.
