摘要:通过利用断口分析、微观检测、化学成分检测、力学性能检测等方法,分析了某型号球墨铸铁曲轴断裂的原因,经检测分析发现:曲轴本身的各项检测结果均符合图纸要求,曲轴在发动机运行过程中产生抱瓦是导致曲轴最后扭转断裂的主要原因。

Abstract: The reasons that fracture a ductile iron crankshaft are analyzed with the methods of fracture analysis, microscopic detection, chemical composition detection and mechanical property test. The measurement results indicate that the crankshaft meets the requirements of drawings. The key reasons causing the crankshaft being broken is that the bearings are seized when the engine is running.
