摘要：本文对某型号柴油机的活塞与气门的热态余隙使用统计公差分析方法进行分析，并通过试验进行修正，相比传统的极值法，更接近生产实际。

Abstract：The paper introduces the statistical tolerance analysis about
clearance between piston and valve of some diesel engine in hot state. The result of
simulation was revised According the result of test. According to Worst Case
Analysis, the result of simulation of using this method is more similar to
actual production.
